It has been posted on a site called "after the downing street memo". It's right there in black and white. This stuff was put into motion over 20 years ago. It's an "American Century" they are after and they will stop at nothing to achieve it! Truth of the matter is that this war is just like any other (except world war 2). I also want to know why the "hijacked" planes were not challenged by a SINGLE interceptor. I don't buy the story that a bunch of cave-dwelling troglodytes were able to pull this off. 12.
