I think that the meaning of Muslim is the obedient people to Allah and they are the best community in the human society. But when I see the situation of Muslim Community then really I become very sorrow and shameful for their behavior because most of general Muslim people are ignorant about the Islam. It is not their willingly wrong but it is created by the leader of Muslim community. Most of Muslim leader are misguiding them because most of country in the third world are Muslim country and all the leaders of those countries are corrupted because they are not learned by Islam, they are also ignorant about the Islam. Basically they use Islam for hypocrite to ignore general Muslim people. There is some Islamic Political Party whose use Islam as a signboard and they also hypocrite to ignore general Muslim people. It is my thinking but not sure that they are all agent of USA because they always expect the fund the name of development from the World Bank or IMF by the recommended of USA. But it is real that they develop 20%-30% in their country from that fund and misuse or misappropriate the rest of fund, that means those hypocrite Muslim leader are plundering their own Community. So it is a bad impact or reflection into the whole Muslim Ummah and we (Muslim) loss our beauty from the world which is created by Allah for Muslim Ummah. Really I am very sorrow for this situation and I expect a World Leader of Muslim Ummah who will lead and guide us and back our lost beauty which is created by Allah for us.

So it is the time for preparing to develop the whole Muslim Ummah properly as a learned on Islam and will be free whole general Muslim Ummah from those hypocrite leaders from the world. Otherwise it is very soon that a Muslim hates to other Muslim or a Muslim kills to other Muslim and exhaust the whole Ummah simultaneously. Then create a barbarism into the whole Muslim Ummah.

Who will lead the revolution for Muslim Ummah? King? President? Prime minister? Never, because this post is not mentioned or admitted in Islam. A King or a President or a Prime minister never wants to give up their sensual or luxurious or glorious or majestic life. So they never start to originate the revolution for Muslim Ummah. They always like slavery so they take chance to use fanaticism of ignore Muslim people. I use here the word ignore Muslim people because almost general Muslim people don't want to learn basic Islam themselves, they are habited or depended on Maul Ana or Imam (who prays Salat in the mosque) or some few scholar (but most of scholar are very busy to format Islamic NGO and collect Zakat for charity but then after I don't know). It is mentionable that who becomes Maul Ana or Imam? Most of them, those people whose don't carry good result on their secondary or intermediate label because all intelligent students want to learn Doctorate (MBBS), Engineering, Applied Science, MBA etc and Maul Ana or Imam reads in alia-madrasa or kaomi-madrasa. Most of the student of alia-madrasa whose pass the examination to make a copy all subject. So how expect the general Muslim people to learn about basic Islam from them. While Al-Quran is the greatest holy book in the world. I boldly want to say that the general Muslim people can't learn basic knowledge from them rather than it is absolutely right that they were totally responsible to divide into the Muslim people with different Majhhab or Kawam or Nation etc and are doing continue till now. I am very proud when I think that I born in a Muslim family but I shame then all disbeliever or their agent in the Muslim (masked enemy of Islam) tell us together Islamic Terrorist. I have a question who becomes them terrorist who are responsible for those people whose are bombarding whole the world without knowledge of Jihad. If I ask you that who is the main enemy of Islam then what is your answer? Of course, hypocrites (munafeqoon) are the most and main enemy of Islam. Allah says in Al-Quran about them:

[2:8] Then there are those who say, "We believe in GOD and the Last Day," while they are not believers.

[2:9] In trying to deceive GOD and those who believe, they only deceive themselves without perceiving.

[2:10] In their minds there is a disease. Consequently, GOD augments their disease. They have incurred a painful retribution for their lying.

[2:11] When they are told, "Do not commit evil," they say, "But we are righteous."

[2:12] In fact, they are evildoers, but they do not perceive.

[2:13] When they are told, "Believe like the people who believed," they say, "Shall we believe like the fools who believed?" In fact, it is they who are fools, but they do not know.

[2:14] When they meet the believers, they say, "We believe," but when alone with their devils, they say, "We are with you; we were only mocking."

[4:60] Have you noted those who claim that they believe in what was revealed to you, and in what was revealed before you, then uphold the unjust laws of their idols? They were commanded to reject such laws. Indeed, it is the devil's wish to lead them far astray.

[4:61] When they are told, "Come to what GOD has revealed, and to the messenger," you see the hypocrites shunning you completely.

[4:62] How will it be when a disaster hits them, as a consequence of their own works? They will come to you then and swear by GOD: "Our intentions were good and righteous!"

[4:63] GOD is fully aware of their innermost intentions. You shall ignore them, enlighten them, and give them good advice that may save their souls.

[4:141] They watch you and wait; if you attain victory from GOD, they say (to you), "Were we not with you?" But if the disbelievers get a turn, they say (to them), "Did we not side with you, and protect you from the believers?" GOD will judge between you on the Day of Resurrection. GOD will never permit the disbelievers to prevail over the believers.

[4:142] The hypocrites think that they are deceiving GOD, but He is the One who leads them on. When they get up for the Contact Prayer (Salat), they get up lazily. That is because they only show off in front of the people, and rarely do they think of GOD.

[4:143] They waver in between, neither belonging to this group, nor that group. Whomever GOD sends astray, you will never find a way to guide him.

[4:144] O you who believe, you shall not ally yourselves with the disbelievers, instead of the believers. Do you wish to provide GOD with a clear proof against you?

So if you want to start the Islamic revolution then need to build consciousness on Islamic basic knowledge of those general Muslim people whose are doing slavery or using by those masked enemy of Islam (hypocrites) and disbeliever spread to them (hypocrites) and then can start the Islamic revolution against them.

In generally we know that the Government makes the budget for a year. The budget of a Government is a summary or plan of the intended revenues and expenditures of that Government. So the Government collects the revenue from general people and then allocates the fund for the development of the country and its people. But this system is not mentioned in Al-Quran. There is mentioned Zakat and spontaneous donation to the poor people.

So I have a question that what is the economics for an Islamic state?
